Abstract

The invention relates to a material catch transmission structure of an automatic chamfer turning lathe. The material catch transmission structure comprises a rack body, a rack seat, a transmission shaft, a gear shaft, a deep groove ball bearing, a material catch bearing sleeve and a driven gear, and is characterized in that the gear body is arranged on the rack seat; the rack body is meshed with the transmission shaft; the lower end of the gear shaft sleeves the middle of the transmission shaft; the driven gear is arranged at the upper end of the gear shaft; the middle part of the gear shaft is connected with the material catch bearing sleeve through the deep groove ball bearing. According to the material catch transmission structure, the gear shaft and the transmission shaft as well as the driven gear are fixed through splines, so that transmission is steady; furthermore, the rack seat and the driven gear are separately arranged; the rack body is connected with a power source of a driving device, and power is indirectly transmitted to the driven gear through the gear shaft, so that direct contact between the driven gear and the driving device is avoided, and the system error caused by instability of the power source body of the driving device is reduced, and even avoided.
本发明涉及自动车倒角车床接料传动结构,包括齿条本体、齿条座、传动轴、齿轮轴、深沟球轴承、接料轴承套、从动齿轮,其特征在于齿条本体设置在齿条座上,齿条本体与传动轴啮合,齿轮轴下端套接在传动轴中间,齿轮轴上端设置有从动齿轮,齿轮轴中部通过深沟球轴承与接料轴承套连接。本发明所述齿轮轴与传动轴、从动齿轮之间均通过花键固定,传动平稳,而且齿条座与从动齿轮分开设置,由齿条本体与驱动装置的动力源连接,再通过齿轮轴间接传递给从动齿轮,从而避免了从动齿轮与驱动装置的直接接触时,减小甚至避免了驱动装置的动力源本身的不稳定性造成的系统误差。
