The invention discloses a medicine-taking slow release device for uterus, and an implantation method. The device comprises a support, a net bag, and gel. The support is integrally shaped like a sleeve, and the peripheral side wall is provided with through holes. The gel is made of gel materials and drugs. A side surface of the net bag is provided with micropores, and the interior of the net bag forms an accommodation cavity. In use, the net bag is located in the support, and the gel materials are expanded to enable the net bag to be opened. The drugs are released outwards through the micropores and the through holes. The implantation method comprises the steps: firstly enabling the support to be put into the uterus, secondly putting the net bag into the support, and finally enabling the gel to be injected into the net bag. Through the adaptive capability of the support, a reliable external support is formed. The adaptability characteristic that the gel materials absorb water to expand enables the gel materials form moderate internal support for the net bag. Through the interaction, the reliable and proper internal support can be formed in the uterus, thereby achieving the slow release application of drugs in the uterus reliably for a long time.
