低附加相移数字衰减器

Abstract

本发明涉及集成电路制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种低附加相移数字衰减器,包括由开关管M1、开关管M2、电阻Rs、电阻Rp组成的π型衰减器以及微带线、低通网络、电阻Rc和电容Cc;所述低通网络与所述开关管M1并联,所述低通网路的输入输出端分别串联有所述电阻Rc;所述电容Cc与所述电阻Rs并联;所述微带线串联在所述电阻Rs的两端。本发明结构简单,方法容易实现,而且不会占用多的芯片面积,可以有效地降低衰减器的附加相移,能够满足极低附加相移的需求。
The invention relates to the technical field of integrated circuit manufacture and especially relates to a low additional phase shift digital attenuator including a pai type attenuator composed of a switch tube M1, a switch tube M2, a resistor Rs and a resistor Rp; a microstrip line, a low-pass network, a resistor Rc and a capacitor Cc. The low-pass network is connected with the switch tube M1 in parallel. The input terminal and the output terminal of the low-pass network are connected with the resistor Rc in series. The capacitor Cc is connected with the resistor Rs. The microstrip line is connected to two ends of the resistor Rs in series. The low additional phase shift digital attenuator provided by the invention is simple in structure, easy to implement and low in chip area occupancy. Additional phase shift of the attenuator can be reduced effectively and requirements for extreme low additional phase shift can be met.
