Apparatus for preparing hydrogen rich gas through grading gasification of biomasses, and method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses an apparatus for preparing a hydrogen rich gas through grading gasification of biomasses, and a method thereof. The system apparatus mainly comprises a pyrolysis reactor, an oxidation reactor, a regeneration reactor, a gasification reactor, a cyclone separator, a flue gas cooler and a steam generator, wherein the pyrolysis reactor is directly connected with the oxidation reactor, and the gasification reactor is placed in the regeneration reactor of an oxygen carrier. A biomass pyrolysis process, a pyrolysis gas/tar combustion process and a coke gasification process are separately carried out in the invention. Fixed carbon in the biomasses is fully used to displace hydrogen in water steam, and the obtained hydrogen rich gas mainly contains H2 and CO2 and also contains a small amount of CO, so containment of a low carbon hydrocarbon gas in routinely gasified hydrogen rich gas products is avoided, and subsequent purification and utilization is simple; and catalytic oxidation of tar is carried out by using a composite oxygen carrier to realize complete conversion and utilization of the tar, so carbon formation in the tar conversion process is avoided, downstream device faults induced by condensation of tar in the pyrolysis gas are solved, and CO2 trapping is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种生物质分级气化制取富氢气体的装置及其方法,该系统装置主要包括热解反应器,氧化反应器,再生反应器、气化反应器,旋风分离器,烟气冷却器和蒸汽发生器,其中热解反应器与氧化反应器直接连接,气化反应器置于载氧体的再生反应器中。工艺过程中将生物质的热解过程、热解气/焦油燃烧和焦炭的气化过程分开。本发明充分利用生物质中的固定碳置换水蒸气中的氢,获得的富氢气体中主要为H2和CO2和少量CO,避免了常规气化的富氢气体产物中混有低碳烃气体,使得后续的提纯、利用简便;利用复合载氧体催化氧化焦油,实现焦油的完全转化利用,避免焦油转化过程的积碳,解决了热解气体中焦油冷凝带来的下游设备故障,并有利于CO2的捕集。
