Abstract

本发明公开了一种像素结构,用以驱动发光二极管。像素结构包括:驱动晶体管、耦合开关、扫描开关、电容、激光开关以及设定开关。驱动晶体管耦接至发光二极管或操作电源并接收偏压电压。耦合开关依据扫描信号以导通或断开。扫描开关受控于扫描信号以导通或断开。电容的第一端耦接扫描开关的第二端,电容的第二端提供偏压电压至驱动晶体管的控制端。激光开关依据激光控制信号以导通或断开。设定开关依据激光控制信号以导通或断开。
The invention discloses a pixel structure to drive a light-emitting diode. The pixel structure comprises a driving transistor, a couple switch, a scanning switch, capacitance, a laser switch and a set swtich, wherein the driving transistor is coupled to the light-emitting diode or controls the power supply and receives a bias voltage; the couple switch connects or cut off according to a scan signal; the scanning swtich is controlled by the scan signal to connecte or cut off; a first end of the capacitance is coupled to a second end of the scanning switch; a second end of the capacitance provides the bias voltage to a control end of the driving transistor; the laser switch controls connection or disconnection according to a laser control signal; and the set swtich connects or disconect according to the laser control signal.
