Abstract

本发明涉及激光器技术领域,具体涉及一种二极管端面泵浦全固态激光器,其中,该激光器包括:激光谐振腔,由第一全反镜、第二全反镜和至少一个折叠镜组成;布置于所述激光谐振腔内的激光晶体、第一倍频晶体和第二倍频晶体;布设于所述第一倍频晶体和第二倍频晶体之间的双波长波片;布置于所述激光谐振腔内的输出镜;泵浦光源以及至少一个光学耦合系统。本发明的激光器通过两个倍频晶体与双波长波片的配合,实现了分别输出波长不同的两种激光,无需使用单透射双反射膜,减小镜片的损伤;本发明的激光器安装和调节简便。
The invention relates to the technical field of lasers, in particular to a diode end-pumped all-solid-state laser which comprises a laser resonator, a laser crystal, a first frequency doubling crystal, a second frequency doubling crystal, a dual-wavelength wave plate, an output mirror, a pump light source and at least one optical coupling system, wherein the laser resonator is composed of a first totally reflecting mirror, a second totally reflecting mirror and at least one folded mirror; the laser crystal, the first frequency doubling crystal and the second frequency doubling crystal are arranged in the laser resonator; the dual-wavelength wave plate is arranged between the first frequency doubling crystal and the second frequency doubling crystal; the output mirror is arranged in the laser resonator. The diode end-pumped all-solid-state laser can output two laser beams with different wavelengths respectively without the use of a single-transmission dual-reflection film and reduce the damage to the mirrors by coordinating two frequency doubling crystals with the dual-wavelength wave plate; the diode end-pumped all-solid-state laser is easy to mount and adjust.
