Abstract

本发明公开了一种万向连接轴异形孔的加工定位装置及其加工方法,所述异形孔为中部为圆孔两端为不规则孔的通孔;所述定位装置包括夹持万向连接轴轴端的虎钳及支撑万向连接轴的球头端部的螺纹千斤顶;包括设于万向连接轴异形孔下方的定位板,所述定位板上设有和所述异形孔的圆孔同轴的定位孔;还包括和所述定位孔及圆孔配合的定位销;所述加工方法利用所述定位装置来实现万向连接轴异形孔的加工;本发明使异形孔两端不规则孔加工定位基准一致,保证万向连接轴异形孔上下端不规则孔的同轴度,进而保证孔的加工精度;万向连接轴传动时两侧承受扭力一致,万向连接轴传动平稳,提高了万向连接轴的使用寿命。
The invention discloses a machining-positioning device and a machining method for a universal connecting shaft irregularly-shaped hole. The irregularly-shaped hole is a through hole provided with a round hole in the middle and irregular holes formed in two ends. The machining-positioning device comprises a pair of vices clamping the shaft end of a universal connecting shaft, a threaded jack supporting the ball end of the universal connecting shaft and a positioning plate arranged under the universal connecting haft irregular hole and further comprises positioning pins matched with a positioning hole and the round hole, wherein the positioning hole coaxial with the round hole of the irregular hole is formed in the positioning plate. The machining method utilizes the positioning device to achieve machining of the universal connecting shaft irregularly-shaped hole. By means of the machining-positioning device and the machining method, the irregular holes formed in two ends of the irregularly-shaped hole are consistent in machining-positioning standard, the coaxiality of irregular holes formed in the upper end and lower end of the universal connecting shaft irregularly-shaped hole is ensured, and machining accuracy of the holes is further ensured. Two sides of the universal connecting shaft bear consistent twisting force during transmission, the universal connecting shaft is stable in transmission, and the service life of the universal connecting shaft is prolonged.
