本发明公开了一种工作场所脂肪族胺类中环己胺浓度测定方法,包括样品采集、样品处理、标准溶液的配制及测定、标准曲线的制作和测定,其创新点在于:测定步骤中气相色谱仪的气相条件设置为采用HP-INWWAX毛细管色谱柱,柱温为100度,汽化室温度为200度,检测室温度为230度,载气流量为5ml/min。本发明的这种工作场所脂肪族胺类中环己胺浓度测定方法,选用一种HP-INWWAX毛细管,柱温为100度,汽化室温度为200度,检测室温度为230度,载气流量为5ml/min,检测脂肪族胺类中环己胺化合物结果检测数据准确,符合国家要求,省时高效。
The invention discloses a method for measuring the concentration of cyclohexylamine in aliphatic amines of a workplace. The method comprises the steps of sample collection, sample treatment, preparation and measurement of a standard solution as well as drawing and measurement of a standard curve; the method has the innovation points that in the measurement step, the gas phase condition of a gas chromatograph is set to adopt a capillary chromatographic column with the model of HP-INWWAX, the column temperature is set to be 100 DEG C, the temperature of a vaporizing chamber is 200 DEG C, the temperature of a detection chamber is 230 DEG C, and the carrier gas flow rate is 5ml/ min. According to the method for measuring the concentration of the cyclohexylamine in the aliphatic amines of the workplace, an capillary tube with the model of HP-INWWAX is selected for use, the column temperature is set to be 100 DEG C, the temperature of a vaporizing chamber is 200 DEG C, the temperature of a detection chamber is 230 DEG C, and the carrier gas flow rate is 5ml/ min, so that the result detection data of the cyclohexylamine compound in aliphatic amines is accurate, and the method is in accordance with the requirements of China and is time-saving and efficient.
