凸轮式振实密度仪

Abstract

The invention relates to a cam-type tap density instrument. The cam-type tap density instrument comprises a box body, a measuring cylinder, a cam, a speed reducer, a motor, a frequency controller, a timer and a main power switch, wherein a partition board is arranged inside the box body; the partition board partitions the box body into an upper box body and a lower box body; the measuring cylinder is positioned inside the upper box body and is arranged on the partition board; a cover plate is arranged on the measuring cylinder; the motor is positioned inside the lower box body; the motor is connected with the speed reducer; the speed reducer is connected with the cam in a matching manner; the cam is in contact with the bottom of the measuring cylinder; the frequency controller, the timer and the main power switch are electrically connected with the motor respectively; a time setting control device is further electrically connected with the motor. The invention provides the cam-type tap density instrument which is simple in structure, good in compacting effect, convenient to adjust and safe to use.
本发明涉及一种凸轮式振实密度仪,包括箱体,量筒、凸轮、减速机、电机、频率控制器与定时器和电源总开关,所述箱体内设置有隔板,该隔板将箱体分隔成上箱体和下箱体,所述量筒位于上箱体内并置于隔板上,该量筒上设置有盖板,所述电机位于下箱体内,所述电机与减速机连接,所述减速机与凸轮配合连接,所述凸轮与量筒底部接触,所述频率控制器与定时器和电源总开关分别与电机电连接,所述电机上还电连接有时间设定控制装置。本发明提供一种结构简单、振实效果好的凸轮式振实密度仪,且其调节方便,使用安全。
